CPAT is a cloud environment accessible via a web portal and a mobile application. It is offered to customers who have purchased CPAT FLEX detection devices.

If you are a CPAT user and as such provide the Company with personally identifiable information, any such information you provide will be used by the Company solely for the purpose of authenticating you when accessing your account, and will not be shared with any third-party organization except with your expressed consent.

If you provide the Company with your email address and/or name for the purposes of receiving communications from the Company, this information will be used solely for that purpose and will not be shared with any third-party organization except with your expressed consent.

While CPAT may use the GPS location of its users to provide them with the services they request, their location will not be circulated outside CPAT’s cloud environment.
